For
example, the club is continuously growing with
members that are new to digital photography.
They may have a new camera they know little
about and want to get started taking photos
of their children. This is where the Mentor
Program can help. In this program, a fellow
Member who is familiar with the camera, will
be put in contact with the member that needs
help, and the two will work out a schedule that
is convenient for both. Mentoring will continue
until the student feels that his or her needs
have been met.
At
the other end of the spectrum, we have Mentors
that are teaching studio photography to accomplished
photographers with a desire to learn more about
lighting and working with models.
The
club’s membership is extremely diverse in levels
of expertise, ranging from beginners to professional
photographers. Because of this diversity, the
Mentor Program has the ability to help Members
with virtually any
aspect of photography.
So,
if you are an OCC Member with a passion for
photography and a desire to expand your knowledge,
please contact me via eMail
and we will get started on broadening your dreams.
