Fotographic Family Friendly Field Trip

Saturday May 5, 10 am to whenever (goes until 8 pm)
No charge, but there may be parking fees as high as $15 for the day.

You’ve asked for a family outing, you’re getting it. Unless you stay until the end, the lighting will be a challenge. This will give you a chance to shoot in real life situations. Work on getting your best shots under the circumstances. But wait, there is more. We will have a contest that everyone will have a chance to win. (Even the C shooters.)

Contest rules:
Wear your club membership card.
Keep a sheet of paper handy to get the signatures of anyone that you meet who is wearing an OCC badge.
Turn sheet into Phil either at the Festival, or at the next OCC meeting.
A prize for the most signatures gathered will be awarded. Also, special kudos will be given to people who post pictures from the festival.

This is your chance to bring your family to a club outing, but we will also be attempting to link club members up and do some things together. I will be starting my day out at the Till Gone Blueberry Pancake Breakfast event starting at 10 am, a good place to gather and meet with club members. It will be very important to wear your club membership cards. The wearing of your badges will be connected to the contest!

There will be music, food, exhibits, photo opportunities, demonstrations, and much more. Check out the website. This is a very organized event and looks like it could be a real blast. Bring your appetite.

An email letting me know that you are planning to attend would be appreciated, but it is not required.
