June 2005

June's field trip was a model shoot organized by Susan Germyn. Due to the bad weather, our original plan to shoot at the Maitland Art Center was abandoned in favor of an indoor shoot. Club member Wayne Fenior graciously allowed us to use his new store as a temporary studio. If you didn't make this shoot you missed a wonderful learning experience. Susan and Wayne provided all the lighting and backdrops, as well as two attractive female models for us to practice on. About 10 club members got some great images and learned a good deal in the process. Check out images from the shoot (requires Flash).

Thanks again to Susan and the models, and to Wayne for saving the day. Members should check out Wayne's new framing store "The Great Frame Up" coming soon to the SuperTarget Shopping Center opposite Seminole Towne Center (between Sports Authority and Marshalls).
