Competition Themes

Club competitions are held on the second Monday of every month. Please review the competition rules before entering as they have recently (September 2007) been modified. Images may be entered between 6:30 and 7:00 pm on Competition Night. No entries will be accepted after 7:00 pm.

Please note that the deadline for the On-Line (Digital) Competition is midnight on the Wednesday prior to the Print Competition night,

Members are requested to label their entries prior to entry. This will save significant time and congestion at the sign-in tables. To facilitate this, you can download a sheet of blank labels (WORD format) which are designed to be printed on Avery 8160 labels. Please note that competition entries MUST carry your OCC membership number (look on your badge or contact Debra Schmidt (Membership Chair) to find out what it is).

Please note that for Themed Competitions, members may submit a maximum of ONE image per category (slides, color prints, or monochrome prints). For Open Competitions, entrties are limited to ONE print only (color or monochrome) and ONE slide.

Entries that score 85 and over (Excellent) are eligible for the annual club competition held in September each year. Note that August is the last opportunity to enter qualifying images.
